Richard Randals is a Quay County, New Mexico native. Richard has lived in Montoya, New Mexico on Randals Ranch the majority of his life. Richard attended high school at New Mexico Military Institute and graduated from Texas Christian University in 1976 with a degree in Ranch Management. He ranched and showed quarter horse throughout the United States until 1999. In 2002, he became a Real Estate Salesperson returning to obtain his Brokers License in 2003 and began his own business as New Mexico Property Group Real Estate Company in Tucumcari, New Mexico.
Richard is former member of New Mexico Amigos, past board member New Mexico State Accounting Board, past Director of National Cutting Horse Association; past registered New Mexico Lobbyist (three years, Highway Safety issues). He served one year as the interim manager of the Tri-State Fairground in Amarillo Texas managing 15 buildings, having 50 direct reports with over 100 events per year.
