Location: This beautiful Ranch is located 21 miles west of Tucumcari, New Mexico in Quay County.

The road from the bottom of the Mesa to the top of the Mesa is a Caliche Based road in good condition. The native grass and turf in good condition. The grasses range from Gramma, Tobosa, Buffalo and Vine Mesquite Grasses.
